All our shipments are dispatched using a traceable courier method. The courier and tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order is dispatched.

The average processing times for customise / personalise products are 2 to 8 weeks from order placing to dispatch, depending on volume. Once your kit has been completed your will receive an EMAIL confirming dispatch and your tracking number.
