Orders

Purchasing at Nike Team Sport store is designed to be simple, quick and secure. Before you order, please ensure that:

  • Choose your team products: Sizes & Quantity
  • Customize it- add your team crest + sponsors
  • Make it yours- add your players Name&Namber
  • Confirm Order your Order on the checkout page and we'll deliver

New customers - If you are a new customer, then you will be taken through the order form in which you will be prompted to enter information such as your delivery address and name and your payment details. After this is completed you will be shown an order confirmation page and receive a confirmation e-mail from us which will confirm that your order is being processed.

Existing customers - If you are an existing customer, you will be asked to register, if you have not already done so. If none of your details have changed, then you will be asked for your credit card details. Once this has been completed, you will be shown an order confirmation page and receive a confirmation email from us confirming that your order is being processed.

Please note that you will have the opportunity to review and confirm your order, including delivery address, payment method and product details. You will be notified when your order is accepted. At the that time, the sales contract will be made and become binding. The confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order has been submitted and is being processed. Once the order has been fully processed, a shipping email will be sent notifying you when the order will arrive.

Our products requires a minimum quantity of 10 units in your total order. 

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a link and a tracking number to track the shipment. Whenever possible we will contact you by email to update you on the status of the shipment. In some occasions we – or our delivery partner- may notify you by email if you have opted-in to be contacted by this method.

From this page you will be able to change the delivery address whenever the currier allows this option. 

We'll provide an estimated delivery date when you place your order, as well as in your order confirmation email. When your order has been dispatched, we'll send another email that includes the delivery date and tracking number.

 

Orders can be cancelled at any time before the items are picked for production in our warehouse. To do so, you can contact our customer services via any of the contact options above.  

You will have several opportunities to review your order. We encourage you to review all the details in your basket before you check out. On the basket you will have the opportunity to amend the quantities, sizes, and embellishment to prevent, for example, spelling mistakes. Once an order is placed, we will send you an email with a summary of each item. Unfortunately, once the order is picked by our warehouse for production we do not have means to amend or cancel your order, so we strongly encourage you to review the order summary to prevent disappointment. 

If too much time has passed since placing your order, you won't see the "Cancel" button or be able to cancel your order. But don't worry—you can return the items within 30 days.

We want to make buying your favourite Team gear online fast and easy, and we accept the following payment options:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Electron, Maestro
  • PayPal

We'll charge your payment when your order is dispatched. If your order includes multiple deliveries, you'll see a charge for each item as it goes out. Please note, we place an initial authorisation for the amount of the entire order when you place it—this is a temporary hold on funds that will automatically drop off within a few days.

No, you can only use one credit/debit card per order, but you can combine a credit/debit card and a gift card for payment.

When you select PayPal during checkout, you'll need to agree to a billing agreement to allow Nike Team Sport to bill your PayPal account. The agreement is valid for one hour—but don't worry, if it expires before you complete your order, you can simply agree again when you're ready to place an order. And please note, the delivery address on your order must match the delivery address saved to your PayPal account.

Yes! We offer pre-orders on select products. If an item is available for pre-order, you’ll see a “PRE-ORDER” button on the product page. To pre-order, simply click the button, and we’ll guide you through the process to secure the item and place your order. A quick note: Just adding items to your bag does not reserve them. You need to finish the checkout process to confirm your pre-order.
