Shipping & Delivery
All our shipments are dispatched using a traceable courier method. The courier and tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order is dispatched.
The average processing times for customise / personalise products are 2 to 6 weeks from order placing to dispatch, depending on volume. Once your kit has been completed your will receive an email confirming dispatch and your tracking number.
PLEASE NOTE: any orders that don't require any post-embellishment will only incur an average order processing time of 2-6 days (depending on the country of your shipping address), from order placing to dispatch.
